Meet MagPie
Age: 1
Sex: Female

About: Meet Magpie, a 1 year old, sweet, affectionate girl who loves being close to her people. She may not always want to be picked up, but she'll happily cuddle beside you on the couch or take up her nighttime post at the end of your bed. She always makes the cutest little chirping noises when you call her name or give her pets.

One of the quickest ways to Magpie's heart is simply spending time with her. She isn't particularly treat-motivated, but scratches, pets, and quality time are definitely her love languages.

She absolutely loses her mind over a laser pointer and would probably chase that little red dot for hours if you let her! She also loves sitting by the window watching the birds and snacking on some catnip.

While Magpie is a loving girl with her humans, she doesn't thrive in a busy multi-animal household. Her ideal forever home would be one where she can be the only cat and soak up all the attention, although she may also do well with one calm, laid-back, cat or dog who respects her space.

Magpie can sometimes get a little carried away during playtime, so a home without very young children would likely be the best fit.

If you're looking for a quirky, affectionate little shadow who will chirp at you, keep you company, watch birds from the window, and faithfully guard the bed every night, Magpie might just be your girl.
