We are equipped to see certain veterinary emergencies during our regular hours. However, if your pet experiences an after-hours emergency, they require an overnight observation, or we determine they require a level of specialty care that can be better provided elsewhere, we’ll refer you to the closest specialty care or emergency animal hospital.

In case of an after-hours emergency and critical care, Veterinary Emergency Services of St. Charles is available in our building overnight during the week, on weekends and holidays.  This independently owned emergency practice utilizes our building and equipment to provide urgent and emergency care for our clients as well as pets throughout the western suburbs. Should you need their help after hours, contact them directly at 630-584-7447.
